 LATEST NEWSHello, welcome to the "news" section of the site. It's my way of keeping you informed of what has (or hasn't) been changed on the site. I hope you enjoy your stay here, and I appriecate all feedback. 09/04/01 Have just shown you how to install PHP 01/04/01 Added the end of the internet 28/03/01 Have just shown you how to install MySQL 11/03/01 Have just shown you how to password protectect parts of your website 03/03/01 Updated the Apache tutorial, because it was dated 18/02/01 Not updated in a while, but have now. Just answered the meanging of life, I have also explained emotions. And added a friends section 14/12/00 Added to the Misc Jokes section 04/12/00 Tech support section, updated 02/12/00 Re-organised the Jokes section, it's now in 4 different sections. Blonde jokes, Lists of funny stuff, Misc jokes and Funny stories 22/11/00 Ammended something on the Apache page. Hopefully I've made no more mistakes on that page 19/11/00 Added a quick tutorial on installing the Apache webserver 18/11/00 Added some sections today (Chainmail, Jokes, Quotes, Tech Support stories) 11/11/00 Updated the whole website, although there's no new content as such ;-) 11/11/00 Seem to have fixed all my problems. Enjoy! 10/11/00 In attempting to fix the previous problen - I have created another. Now, on most of the pages, there is a little blue box, all out of place. I'll fix this tomorrow. Can't be bothered now. If it bothers you that much, contcat me about it :o) 10/11/00 Whoops! Just changed the iste design a little, and in doing so, I've noticed that my last update made some navigation a little harder than it should be. The colours could\should be different. But, the forum works. It looks nice on that monitor. This moitor is dark, see, and that one isn't. It looked quite nice really 08/10/00 I've just decided, that, well, I'm quite clever really ;-) But really, I have more pages to port over than I thought, so now I'm going to have to put some thought into it. It's ok now, better than it was. Looks nasty(ish) in anything other than 800*600 though. But, that can be changed later 10/09/00 Ok, so my site had to be put on hold. Just co-developed a website. I'm rather proud of it. They come up with the ideas and content, I make it into a website and do all the server side stuff. It's working quite well, thanks :-) 03/09/00 I'm getting into the habbit of updating now. Ok, so the site isn't live, but I'm slowly re-making it. I do have ideas, it's just as case of implementing them now 02/09/00 Woo, I've just bought some new domains. Two of which are for use by this site. Ok, quick history of why I've not updated for ages. I had become quite busy with my work (A-Levels) and still am, actually. The site took the very back seat, and I then began making websites for money. I've been doing this since, and am still doing my A-Levels. I'm in the last year now. I've suddenly got into making websites again, so hopefully this site will be kept alive All links below this line shouldn't be assumed to still be live. Below is just for reasons of interest 27/10/99 WOW! A month since I last updated. Whoops! I've been very busy earning money for myself, and I'm partway through learning Perl, so not much added. 28/09/99 Removed frames. Maybe I'll never use them again, who knows? 27/09/99 Removed all references involving SSI, the server doesn't support it 26/09/99 Nothing been done in months. I've completed a set of exams, and I've been too busy. Moved servers. 05/06/99 Removed all advertising for the time being. Also the e-mail thing I offered has gone, the service still exists. I just don't promote it 02/07/99 Changed the link to Alistair Grant's site as it was wrong 02/07/99 Updated my layout of some of the pages, they have their own navigation bars now. 16/06/99 Updated the e-mail login and signup pages. Hopefully the code is neater now.
